Through structured and controlled quality procedures as well as monitoring and evaluation—from the raw material to the finished product—the company aims to continuously improve its efficiency and maintain customer satisfaction.
ASMI Fabrication Inc. is certified in accordance with CSA Standard W47.1 and W186 “Fusion Welding of Steel Company Certification” in Division 2. All welders, welding robots, and welding supervisors are qualified and certified by the CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau). All welding and operating procedures are also certified.
Manufactured metal parts are packaged in cardboard, pallets, and weatherproof wooden boxes to offer protection against rust and direct manipulation. A packing list that accurately identifies the contents is laminated and affixed to each shipment. The carrier is selected according to strict and safe procedures so that our customers receive their orders at the right time and in perfect condition.
